NBPS Phone System Upgrades – New Temporary Number

 The North Bay Police Service would like to inform the public of a temporary alternate phone number while new technology is implemented in our building, and upgrades to the phone system are completed.

 Until further notice, the following temporary alternate phone number should be used by the public for:

 All NON-EMERGENCY calls for service to North Bay Police Dispatch:

 705-825-2873.

 All administrative calls can still be made to the front desk at

 705-497-5555

 Please note: 911 SERVICE FOR EMERGENCY CALLS WILL NOT BE AFFECTED during this time

 A follow-up media release will be issued once the upgrades are complete, and the phone lines are back to normal.

 The North Bay Police Service would like to thank the public for their cooperation and understanding during this important technological upgrade.
