NOJHL honours for several Voodoos
Three Powassan Voodoos have won NOJHL awards.
Captain Justin Rousseau is the Top Defensive Forward, Peter Goulet is NOJHL Coach of the Year and Ryan Saginaw is the Most Gentlemanly Player.
The league says Rousseau helped Powassan lead the NOJHL in penalty kill proficiency (83.6%) as they allowed the second-fewest power play goals-against (33) in the 201 times they were down at least one skater.

From behind the bench, Goulet guided Powassan to a 26-point improvement from last season, which was a league-best in the standings. The Voodoos finished second overall in the standings, compared to being seventh in 2024-25.
For the second season, Saginaw was only assessed one minor penalty all season while suiting up in all 52 games.
All-star teams were also announced, with 11 Voodoos included.
