The City is proposing a shift to a 40% fixed / 60% variable billing structure for water and wastewater services in 2025. The fixed portion, based on meter size, will cover system maintenance and operations. The variable portion, based on water usage, encourages conservation and rewards efficient use.

Anyone may attend the meeting and provide feedback, whether in support of or opposition to the proposed fees and rates. A Special Council Meeting will follow at 6:30 p.m.
