North Bay Police Arrest Man for Robbery with Violence

The North Bay Police Service arrested a 30-year-old male for robbery.
On March 21, 2025, the accused attended a grocery store on Lakeshore Drive, North Bay, and stole merchandise from the store. When store employees confronted the accused, the accused struck the employee. No weapon was used in this incident. Members of the North Bay Police Service located and arrested the accused a short time later.
The accused in this incident is William TOMAGATICK, male, age 30, of North Bay, who is charged with:
- One count of Fail to Comply with Probation Order
- One count of Robbery with Violence
The accused in this incident were held in custody pending a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse.
