North Bay Police Arrest Man for-Weapons and Drugs
The North Bay Police Service arrested a 36-year-old male on drug trafficking and weapon charges.
At approximately 10:30 a.m. on February 2, 2025, members of the North Bay Police Service attended a building in the 200-block of Main Street East, North Bay. The accused was refusing to leave the property. Upon arrival, police located the accused in a stairwell with drug trafficking equipment beside him. At this point, the accused was placed under arrest.
The accused in this incident is Jeremyah BERRY, male, age 36, of North Bay, who is charged with:
- One count of Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking
- One count of Carrying a concealed weapon
- One count of Failure to comply with Undertaking
- One count of Traffic in Schedule I substance
Searches by police in this incident resulted in the seizure of:
- Approximately five (5) grams of suspected fentanyl
- A knife
- Drug trafficking equipment
The estimated street value of the drugs seized in this incident is approximately $1,500.
The accused in this incident was held in custody pending a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse.
