North Bay Police Arrest Woman for Assault

The North Bay Police Service arrested a 22-year-old female for assault.

On December 12, 2024, the victim, who is known to the accused, attended the accused’s residence in North Bay. While there, the accused assaulted the victim, at which point the victim left the residence. Members of the North Bay Police Service attended the accused’s residence where she was arrested and charged.

No weapons were used in this incident.

The accused in this incident is Jasmine SOUTHWIND, female, age 22, of North Bay, who is charged with:

• One count of Assault
• One count of Fail to Comply with Probation Order

The accused in this incident was held in custody pending a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse.
