North Bay Police identified the accused as responsible for multiple Break and Enters
Searches of the accused incident to their arrests led to the seizure of approximately five (5) grams of suspected crystal methamphetamine.
The North Bay Police Service has arrested two men, age 56 and 28, for multiple instances of break and enter.
As part of an investigation, members of the North Bay Police Service identified the accused and co-accused as responsible for multiple break-and-enters, which occurred between January 20, 2025, and January 29, 2025. The accused and co-accused unlawfully entered several businesses throughout the city of North Bay and stole items of various kinds. Police executed a search warrant on a storage locker associated with accused KINGSBURY and recovered a large quantity of stolen property.
The accused in this incident are:
Michael SEGUIN, male, age 56, of North Bay, who is charged with:
- Three counts of Break, Enter a place – commit indictable offence
- Two counts of Theft Under $5,000
- One count of Possession of a Schedule I Substance
Abraham KINGSBURY, male, age 28, of North Bay, who is charged with:
- One count of Break, Enter a place – commit indictable offence
- One count of Possession of a Schedule I Substance
Accused SEGUIN was released on an Undertaking and is set to appear before the court on March 4, 2025. Accused KINGSBURY was held in custody pending a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse.
