North Bay Police - Seize Drugs-Arrest Two

The North Bay Police Service arrested a 41-year-old man and 31-year-old woman for drug trafficking and seized over $26,000-worth of illegal drugs.

As part of an investigation into drug trafficking, members of the North Bay Police Service’s Street Crime Unit arrested the accused at a residence on Marshall Avenue, North Bay. Searches by police located a significant amount of illegal drugs, packaging materials and Canadian currency.

The accused in this incident are:

Jason PAQUETTE, male, age 41, from North Bay, who is charged with:

  • Three counts of Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking
  • One count of Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5,000

Tiffany SOULIERE-PERRY, female, age 31, from North Bay, who is charged with:

  • Three counts of Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking
  • One count of Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5,000

As part of an investigation into drug trafficking, members of the North Bay Police Service’s Street Crime Unit arrested the accused at a residence on Marshall Avenue, North Bay. Searches by police located a significant amount of illegal drugs, packaging materials and Canadian currency.

Searches by police in this incident resulted in the seizure of:

  • Approximately 119 grams of suspected fentanyl
  • Approximately 18 suspected hydromorphone pills
  • Approximately 240 suspected Percocet pills
  • Drug trafficking materials
  • Approximately $3,600-worth of Canadian currency

The estimated street value of the drugs seized in this incident is approximately $26,350.

The accused in this incident were held in custody pending a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse.
