From Friday February 2nd until Sunday February 4th, local participating Tim Hortons restaurants will be offering a Special Olympics donut, and 100% of the proceeds will go directly to local Special Olympics community programs, supporting thousands of athletes with an intellectual disability across Canada.
Officers from the North Bay Police Service will be assisting at several local Tim Horton’s outlets this weekend and will host athletes at the North Bay Police Service on Friday February 2nd at 10:30 am for the campaign for the kick-off.
Last year the campaign brought in more than $625 000 across Canada for Special Olympics.
