OPP investigating two recent deaths in West Nipissing
Two death investigations are underway in West Nipissing.
The Nipissing West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police says one began at 10 pm Tuesday night at a nursing home on Michaud Street.
This after an 85-year-old person from West Nipissing was found deceased by staff members.
At 10 am on Thursday, police say officers and paramedics responded to a call at a William Street residence, where a 65-year-old person was found deceased.
With Thursday’s investigation, the OPP says there is no evidence of foul play or any threats to the public.
The OPP along with the coroner’s office are investigating to determine the cause of death in both cases.
