By Richard Coffin

Nipissing West OPP says it has determined there was no foul play after a death at a Michaud Street nursing home in Sturgeon Falls.

This after Ontario Provincial Police completed an investigation that began at 10 pm on Sept. 23.

Police were contacted after an 85-year-old person was found deceased by staff members.

The OPP says the investigation was conducted by the Nipissing West OPP Crime Unit, in conjunction with the Office of the Chief Coroner and the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service to determine the cause of death.
