In Loving Memory of Paulette Girard (née Gagné) 

It is with great sadness that our family announces the passing of our sweet Paulette Girard (Auntie) (née Gagné) at the age of 68 on July 6, 2026, from a very short, courageous battle of cancer.

 Paulette was predeceased by her beloved husband Ron, by her parents, her sister Joanne, her nephews Eric and Jason who are ready and waiting for her. She will be extremely missed by her brothers Guy, Richard (Jennifer), Brother-in-law Reg and sisters Ginette and Francine (Scott). Her nieces and nephews who cherished her so much are Guy Jr, Andrew, Amanda, Kristopher, Julien, Gary Jr, Crystal, Morris and Harley. Along with her Great Nephews and Nieces Caleb, Dominic, Danika and Alexa, who made a significant difference in her life. She will also be remembered by her sister in law (Don) as well as her mother in law Sylvia Girard.

 Paulette spent the last 7 years living in Callander with Francine while living life to the fullest with her great nieces and her family. Her greatest joy was running the roads with Fran, shopping, having her family around her, and her famous baking.  Paulette could sure be a spitfire, and the ones that had the chance to spend time with her I’m sure can tell you some good stories! Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we will cherish the memories Paulette leaves behind. Her legacy will continue to live in the hearts of her family and friends forever. We cannot forget, Willie and Ava, who she spoiled rotten.

 Paulette's cremation has taken place, and she will be laid to rest with her husband. A Small family gathering will take place at a later date as per Paulette’s wishes
