Pothole season is here

Pothole season is here

By Richard Coffin

Chances are you’ll see city crews out and about across North Bay fixing up potholes.

The City of North Bay says it’s pothole season, and they’re asking residents to point out where crews can find winter damage to roadways.

You can call public works at 705-474-4340 or fill out the form on the city’s website.

Officials also posted the information on social media, with comments highlighting potholes around the city, on Lakeshore, Algonquin, Jane, McKeown and more.

One person even says they like them because they’re slowing down traffic on their street.

Overall, motorists are being advised to drive carefully.
