The North Bay Police Service (NBPS) will be conducting a real-time joint emergency response training exercise in North Bay, Ontario, on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, in the vicinity of Ski Club Road between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Emergencies require well-coordinated and efficient responses, and event simulations are an effective way to practice essential skills and communication procedures.

The NBPS advises the public that a variety of emergency services will be participating, including North Bay Fire & Emergency Services, the Ontario Provincial Police – North East Region, 22 Wing CFB North Bay, and the North Bay Regional Health Centre. Members of the public should not be alarmed by an increased presence of emergency personnel and vehicles in the area.

The training exercise is not expected to result in any road closures or disruptions to daily activities. The area will be clearly marked, and the exercise is taking place in a location with low vehicle traffic. However, as always, residents are asked to use caution when near emergency vehicles and crews.
