Rivet, Marc John
Marc John Rivet, 66, passed away on March 9, 2024, in Elliot Lake, Ontario. He was born on April 26, 1957, in North Bay, Ontario, Canada. Marc was known for his humor and brought joy to those around him.
He is survived by his son, Justin Rivet (Julie) and granddaughter Sophie Rivet. He is also survived by his sisters: Anne Collins, Katie Laporte, Louise Rivet, Janet Chesser (Greg), Paula Rivet (Mark), and brothers Dennis Rivet and Joffre Rivet (Sharon), as well as multiple nieces and nephews. Marc was preceded in death by his father Andre J Rivet (Hindu), mother Faye Rivet and brothers Greg Rivet and Andre G Rivet.
The family would like to thank RuthAnn Doyle for her help and kindness.
Respecting Marc's wishes, a cremation has taken place, and a private celebration of his life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the North Bay Regional Health Centre.
May he rest in peace, surrounded by the love of his family and friends.
