Robbery With Violence On Harris Drive
On March 28th, 2 males assaulted an individual, after stealing items from his vehicle. As a result of the investigation, two males have been arrested and charged.
On March 28th, at approximately 9:45pm the two accused attended a Harris Drive address, and entered the victim’s vehicle, which was parked in the driveway, and began stealing items. The elderly victim who was in his residence, observed the two accused in his vehicle and came out to confront them. The two accused exited the vehicle and approached the victim and assaulted him before fleeing the scene with the victim’s property. The victim was transported to hospital, where he was treated and released.
The accused, Christopher Landriault, was arrested by police on March 30th. He faces the additional, unrelated charges of Theft, Forcible Entry and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000. He was held for a bail hearing and then released by the courts on April 2nd. The accused, Nodin Maybee, was located and arrested by police on April 2nd. and is being held for a bail hearing.
The accused in this incident are;
Christopher LANDRIAULT, male, 20-years old, of North Bay, who is charged with;
· One count of Robbery with Violence
Nodin MAYBEE, male, 20-years-old, of North Bay, who is charged with;
· One count of Robbery with Violence
· One count of Breach of Probation
