Romano Cicciarelli, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at North Bay General Hospital, at the age of 82. Born in Prossedi, Province of Latina, Italy, Romano lived a life filled with family, hard work, and a love for the simple joys of life.

He was the proud founder and owner of Bay Auto Body, building a business that reflected his dedication, skill, and passion for his craft. Romano loved the outdoors, often spending time fishing, hunting, and foraging for wild mushrooms. Family was at the heart of everything he did, and he delighted in sharing stories from his past with his grandchildren, passing on a legacy of warmth, laughter, and life lessons.

Romano is survived by his loving wife, Gina Cicciarelli (Giordano); children Robert, Renata (Clarence), and Anthony (Carina); grandchildren Amanda (Zach), Sabrina (Ty), Olivia, Domenico, Rosalina, and Maximo; and great-grandchildren Sawyer and Weston. Siblings; Laura (Mario), and Julio (Barbra) and his predeceased sibling Alberto (Gracia). His Brother-in-law; Nello (Donna).

A private service will be held for family and close friends. Romano’s memory will be treasured by all who knew him, and his love, stories, and legacy will live on in the hearts of his family. Arrangements entrusted to Basic Cremation Services.
