Sandra Micallef
Sandra May Micallef affectionately known as Sandy born in England on June 8, 1951 passed away on Friday, Feb 21, 2025 with her family by her side, after dealing with many health issues, at the age of 73.
Sandy will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Katharine (Glen), her son Richard, her 2 grandchildren Vanessa and Emma, her sister Hazel (Colin) many nieces and nephews and PSW's that she would call her friend, who she would be joking and laughing with them and being such a pain in their butt especially her best friend Theresa who would always have the best laugh when they were together. Theresa would visit with mum daily and sit with her sometimes in silence until the end. I know she appreciated it and loved you so much and I thank you for being there for her over the years.
Predeceased by her brothers Allen, Bernard, Brian, Jim and Peter. No wheelchairs in heaven. Mum you’re free to dance, run or walk your days away.
You will be missed by everyone who knew you, whether it was joking with the nurses (or PSW’s) or your trip to the casinos. You always had fun with what was available.
Thank you to everyone at Casselholme, We appreciate and thank you for all the love and care you provided for her and making our mums day just a little better over the last several months.
You will be missed by so many people, please keep watch over us and your granddaughters. Until we see you again. We love you so much.
As per her wishes, cremation is entrusted with Hillside Funeral Services, there will be no visitation or service. A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
