Several area Terry Fox school runs lined up
A number of area schools, including Chippewa Secondary, are taking part in Terry Fox Runs.
Chippewa’s 21st annual event takes place at 11 am on Tuesday, Sept. 23.
Officials say before the run, there will be a pep rally featuring teacher motivational challenges, including pies in face, beard shaving and wearing costumes.
The school’s goal is to raise $15,000 for the Terry Fox Foundation and cancer research.
