Sidewalk-Stormwater Upgrades on Commerce and Wallace

Construction is scheduled to begin this week on an infrastructure upgrade along Commerce Crescent and Wallace Road, aimed at improving pedestrian safety and enhancing stormwater management in the area.

The work will take place on Commerce Crescent, between Wallace Road and Seymour Street, and on Wallace Road, between Lake Heights Road and Commerce Crescent. As part of the project, new sidewalks, curbs, storm sewers, drainage ditches, and other related infrastructure improvements will be installed.

One lane of traffic will be maintained throughout the duration of the project and access to homes and businesses within the construction zones will be maintained. The work is expected to be completed by mid-November.
