Sports Hall of Fame names 2024 Inductees and Award Winners
Four inductees will be welcomed into the North Bay Sports Hall of Fame in early May.
They include Dale Hewitt, Bill Jacko, Mike Long and Dan Ralph.
Major sports award winners have also been announced (full list below).
They include Female Athlete of the Year Isabelle Bérubé and Male Athlete of the Year Wes Buell.
The 44th annual Induction and Awards Dinner will be held on Saturday, May 3rd at the Davedi Club.

- Mort Fellman Memorial Award for Female Athlete of the Year – Isabelle Bérubé
- Britt Jessup Memorial Award for Male Athlete of the Year – Wes Buell
- James Kelly Memorial Award for Team of the Year – Gavin Dewar & Connor McKay (Partners Youth Bowling Team)
- Jack Burrows Memorial Award for Sports Achievement – Raine Bradley & Ryan Hunter
- Al Brennan Memorial Trophy for Coach of the Year – Brian Milne
- Jim Aspin Memorial Award for Executive of the Year – Michelle Cundari
- Special Olympics Award of Excellence – Jackelyn Osborne
- Judge Harry J Reynolds Memorial Trophy for Hockey – Joe Butkevich
- John Toswell Memorial Award for Curling – Jamie Graham
- George Martyn Memorial Trophy for Basketball – Pat Lalonde
- Thomson Family Award for Contributions to Fastball, Softball, and Baseball – Jacob Brown
- Dedication to Soccer (North Bay Youth Soccer) – Francis Lipp
- Pete Palangio Award for Long-time Contribution to Sport – Doyle Anthony
- Peter Handley Friend of Sport – Jim Lecappelain
- Mike Mitchell/Larry Avery Award for Contribution to Football – Mike Wilkinson
