It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Victor Lucien Proulx, who surrounded by his loving family, passed away peacefully at Nipissing Serenity Hospice on March 11, 2025, at the age of 90.  A father and husband above all, Victor found his greatest joy in his family.

1950-2025  Beloved husband of Sandra for 54 years, father of Ryan (Kelly), Wesley (Ruth), and Tyler. Brother to Irene Fenn (Rick) and Eddie (Vivien).  Born in Belgium to Polish parents, Roman immigrated to Canada in 1950 and grew up in Waterford, where he met Sandra, the love of his life.
