North Bay’s Team Winters won the U18 Trillium Curling Championship in Ottawa on the weekend.

They went 6-0 at the event, with officials saying their teamwork and focus helped them win the final 6-5 in an extra end.

“I’m proud of the way the team played,” says Coach Steve Decary.  “They stayed composed and worked together from start to finish.”
