Norbelyn Barcena is an immigrant from the Philippines who moved to North Bay 18 months ago. Norbelyn was proud to tell us she had previously worked professionally as a Chef in 5 star Hotels  like Palazzo Versace in Dubai, Jumeirah and Centara Maldives for the 9 years before moving to North Bay.

The Dough project was envisioned because of her longing for quality desserts that she created after working with the best chefs around the world. 

The Dough Project uses only high quality ingredients when it comes to the glazed, it is the same Belgian Chocolate that Michelin Chefs around the world use.

Donuts are made fresh and customers can order customized donuts with their company branding as per their preferences. Norbelyn can also do customized designs and can do company logos or names thru the use of 3d printer. Her unique boxes are customized and procured overseas to create a different vibe for everyone
