Threats Lead to Charges

The North Bay Police Service arrested a 30-year-old man for mischief and uttering threats.

At approximately 5:30 a.m. on March 4, 2025, the accused attended a business in the 100-block of Delaware Avenue, North Bay. The accused began to damage a vending machine on the property before being confronted by the victim, who is a staff member at the business. The accused left the location after being confronted by the victim.

At 8:30 a.m. the same day, the accused returned to the property and began throwing objects at the business’s windows. The victims again confronted the accused at which point the accused charged at the victim and threatened him. The accused then left the location.

On March 9, 2025, members of the North Bay Police Service located and arrested the accused.

The accused in this incident is Nathan ROSENE, male, age 30, of North Bay, who is charged with:

  • One count of Mischief Under $5,000
  • One count of Uttering Threats
  • One count of Fail to Comply with Probation Order

The accused in this incident was released from custody on an Undertaking and is set to appear before the court on April 15, 2025.
