TOURISM NORTH BAY UNVEILS-A NEW FALL PRIX FIXE CULINARY EXPERIENCE

As autumn leaves start to set the city ablaze in fiery reds, golden yellows, and warm ambers, Tourism North Bay invites locals and visitors alike to indulge in its new Taste The Bay - Fall Prix Fixe Menu—a culinary celebration of the season’s rich harvest, available throughout the months of September and October.
This limited-time experience is more than just a meal—Taste The Bay pairs each three-course menu (appetizer, main course, dessert) with an immersive sensory journey, set against the stunning backdrop of Ontario’s autumnal beauty. Guests are encouraged to complement their dining with a scenic stroll along Lake Nipissing’s shoreline or a hike through Duchesnay Falls, where nature’s colors will soon be in full display.
“The Taste the Bay initiative was initially launched in February 2025 with a Winter Warmth Prix Fixe Culinary Experience, and it was a resounding success based on the feedback from participating restaurants,” said Tanya Bédard, Executive Director of Tourism North Bay. “We are very excited to bring back the three-course sit-down experience, this time showcasing the flavours of the fall harvest with double the number of participating restaurants.”
