Trojans raise $51,000 during annual parade

By Brad Aubin

The annual Trojan Parade For Cancer raised $51,000 for the North Bay Regional Health Centre Foundation.

Hundreds of students and staff from West Ferris Secondary School marched down to the waterfront on Tuesday for the announcement, games, and more.

Funds raised this year are helping purchase a state-of-the-art contrast injector for mammography, to help detect and diagnose breast cancer earlier.

This was the 30th annual Parade for Cancer.
