Giday eh! Well if your reading this message, I have left you will know after a eleven years of a painful battle with esophagus cancer I have taken my last journey peacefully and on my own terms with the love, respect and continuing care of my wife of 49 yrs and my family.
I hope my children and family will continue to be there for each other and tell each other often how much you love them. Remaining to enjoy life is my wife Sandy, my children, Pamela (Clayton) Jeffery (Roxann) Laurie (Kevin) Scott (Danielle) Leah (Rickey) Kristian (Cindy) Sarah (Jason) as well as my grandchildren and great grandchildren. Also survived by my stepchildren from 1st marriage Dawn Arnold Stepdaughter & Keith Arnold Stepson.
My Siblings ! Mark (Sally) Gord (Ann) Sheila (Paul) Kathleen (Dave) Jennifer (Wayne). Predeceased by parents Gerald and Betty Youmans and brother Elizer, Sister Beth and Brother Mike. Gonna be one helluva reunion!
I have asked for no celebration of life and please don't post on social media that is not necessary it drives me batty!
My ashes will be interned in the niche at the Halliday Cemetery in Elgin Ontario around Thanksgiving.
Brother Gord when your sitting picking please play Darby's Castle for me and remember the good times.
