Marjatta (May) Dagg
It was a beautiful sunny day when May slipped away at home, surrounded by her family, ending her valiant yearlong battle with cancer. May joins her mother father and brother.
May worked as a RPN for many years. She loved caring for people. She was a very loving and considerate person who always looked for the good in others. She leaves behind her best friend of 50 years and husband of 45 years, Rick, sons Brandon and Zachary (Jess) and “the apples of her eye” two grandchildren Ella and Jaxon. May loved baking cookies and cakes with Ella and watching Jaxon play hockey. Her special joy was making popcorn and hiding candies in the bowl on those special “Movie Nights” with Ella and Jaxon.
A very warm sincere thanks to Dr. O’Grady and her team for their care and compassion throughout May’s journey. We would also like to thank Kylie, Annie, Francis, Lori, Rose, Kim and MaryAnn, the VON and Paramed HomeCare and the Chemo department at the North Bay Regional Health Center.
