Man Charged with Uttering Threats, Criminal Harassment
The North Bay Police Service has arrested and charged a 32-year-old male for uttering threats and criminal harassment.
On September 17, 2024, the accused attended a business on Fisher Street multiple times, but was repeatedly denied entry due to safety concerns relating to previous incidents involving the accused and the victim, who is an employee of the business. During one of the attempts to enter the business, the victim was present and the accused made threats against her safety. The accused was located later the same day at which point he was arrested and charged by police.
The accused in this incident is Robert Sheridan TENNANT, male, age 32, of North Bay, Ontario, who is charged with:
- One count of Uttering Threats
- One count of Causing a Disturbance
- One count of Mischief Under $5,000
- One count of Criminal Harassment – threatening conduct
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse.
