RANGER, Karen (nee Cliche)
Peacefully passed away at Health Sciences North on Friday October 11, 2024, at the age of 71 years. Karen was the beloved wife of the late Maurice Ranger, and the loving mother to Jason Ranger (Patricia) and Kristopher Ranger.
She was the cherished grandmother to Alyson and Eden. Karen will be lovingly remembered by her sisters: Deb Jenkins (Ed), Lynn Murphy (late Jim), and Donna Groulx (Don). She is predeceased by her parents Kenneth Cliche and Florence Cliche (nee Kennedy). Karen was an avid walker and met many new friends, stopping to chat with them along the way. She also enjoyed every opportunity to visit and look after pets of her family and friends.
As per Karen’s wishes, cremation has taken place. The family would like to send a special thanks to the wonderful staff at the North Bay Regional Health Centre, Health Sciences North, and the Ornge Crew. If desired, donations to the Humane Society (North Bay) would be gratefully acknowledged by her family. Online condolences can be made at www.mcguintyfuneralhome.com.
“Your memory is our keepsake,
With which we will never part,
God has you in His keeping now,
We hold you close in our hearts.”
Forever missed,
Never forgotten,
Our sweet Karen.
