City of North Bay Launches Community Survey
The City of North Bay invites residents to share their feedback and opinions by participating in a Community Survey.
Open until the end of September, the online survey aims to gather valuable insights from residents on topics such as budgeting, city services, transit, communications, and customer service.
The feedback collected will help inform decisions, update business plans, and guide communication and public engagement. Additionally, it will enable the City to benchmark and monitor progress over time.
"This is an opportunity for residents to voice their opinions and contribute to the decision-making process," said Deputy Mayor Maggie Horsfield. "We are committed to listening to our community and using their feedback to help guide our decisions and improve our services."
The survey is anonymous and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. While it is for informational purposes and not a scientifically validated study, the results will be used alongside other information and forms of public feedback to help staff and Council make informed and effective decisions.
