Bernard Robertson
The family of Bernie Robertson shares the sad news of his passing on Monday, August 19, 2024, at the age of 60, after an 18-month battle with cancer.
Loving spouse of Marilyn (McKee), daughter Julie Stillar (Dustin), granddaughters Kylah Conlon (Carter), Peyton Wright, grandson Austin Stillar and great granddaughter Rory Conlon. He is survived by his mother Jane Jackson (John) and father Steve U’Ren (Anna) and sister Jennifer Ferguson.
His career spanned 33 years within the Insurance Industry. He recently retired as Branch Manager of Gifford Carr Insurance Group North Bay. He was Vice Chair of the CIM Northern Gateway Branch, Finance Chair of the CDDA, past president of the North Bay Insurance Brokers Association, facilitator with IBAO and former Director for Territory 2.
Prayer service will be held on Monday, August 26, 2024 at 10am at the Pro Cathedral of the Assumption, 480 McIntyre Street West, North Bay, Ontario. Luncheon to follow in the Church Hall.
Donations can be made in his name to the Nipissing Serenity Hospice and North Bay Regional Health Centre (Chemotherapy Unit).
