Up to 200 airport and aviation industry professionals landing in North Bay next October
Fresh off the national spotlight shining on the Jack Garland Airport with a visit from the Ukrainian President, we’re learning aviation and airport industry professionals from across Canada will be getting a close-up view next year.

North Bay is hosting the Airport Management Council of Ontario’s (AMCO) 42nd Convention and Trade Show from Oct. 3-6, 2027.
Tourism North Bay is partnering with the airport, Canadore College, and North Bay Economic Development for the event.
Officials say it highlights that strong city collaborations allow North Bay to host large conferences such as this.
The four-day industry event will bring upwards of 200 delegates from across Canada to North Bay, including airport owners and operators, industry suppliers, government representatives, industry associations including Transport Canada, NAV CANADA, and others, and aviation students.
The conference will mark the first time AMCO has returned to North Bay since 2016.
Further details including venues, registration, and the full 2027 program will be announced as planning progresses.
