Upgrading Water Meters
 
    The City of North Bay is upgrading water meters for about 475 small commercial and multi-residential customers with meters up to one inch that predate the 2013 City-wide installation.
Starting Nov. 3, Neptune Technology staff will contact customers by phone, door knockers, and on-site visits to schedule appointments over the next four to five weeks.
Staff will be clearly identified and carry a City-issued ID badge.
