Voodoos playoff schedule announced
The playoffs begin Friday for the Powassan Voodoos.
They host the Soo Eagles in game one of their quarterfinal series that night.
Game two is Saturday, also at 7 pm at the Sportsplex, with the series heading to Michigan for games three and four next Tuesday and Wednesday.

Also announced on Monday, Voodoos forward Jax Pereira is one of the NOJHL stars of the week.
The 16-year-old forward scored a hat trick in Powassan’s win over Hearst on the weekend and assisted on three goals in their victory over Iroquois Falls.
With 49 points, including 19 goals, in 31 games he finished second in NOJHL rookie scoring.
The top scoring rookie scored 11 more points, but also played 20 more games than Pereira.
