WANTED (Do Not Approach)-North Bay Police
Police believe Dustin SEDDON poses a safety risk to members of the public if confronted. If you see him, call 911, do not approach.
The North Bay Police Service is attempting to locate 29-year-old Dustin SEDDON
On January 21, 2025, the North Bay Police Service were alerted to the fact that Dustin SEDDON’s ankle monitor had been unlawfully removed. Attempts to locate SEDDON have been unsuccessful.
Dustin SEDDON, male, age 29, of North Bay is wanted by police.
Prior to his disappearance, SEDDON was still before the courts on the following charges:
- One count of Dangerous Operation of a Conveyance Causing Bodily Harm
- One count of Failure to Stop After an Accident
- Two counts of Possession of a Schedule I substance
- Eight counts of Fail to Comply with Probation Order
- One count of Assault a Peace Officer
- Two counts of Obstruct Justice
- Six counts of Uttering Threats
- One count of Criminal Harassment
- Two counts of Fail to Comply with Release Order
- One count of Assault
- One count of Assault with a Weapon
- One count of Mischief
- One count of Intimidate Justice Participant
