Wanted North Bay Man Arrested in Barrie

Dustin SEDDON’s ankle monitor had been unlawfully removed
Wanted person Dustin SEDDON, was located and arrested in Barrie on February 19, 2025.
On January 21, 2025, the North Bay Police Service was alerted to the fact that Dustin SEDDON’s ankle monitor had been unlawfully removed while SEDDON was before the courts on multiple charges.
After an extensive investigation, on February 19, 2025, members of the Barrie Police Service’s Tactical Support Unit and the Ontario Provincial Police's Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad and OPP Bail Support Team located and arrested SEDDON at a residence in Barrie, Ontario. SEDDON was transported back to North Bay in custody by the North Bay Police Service, where he was charged.
Dustin SEDDON, male, age 29, of North Bay, is charged with:
- Three counts of Failure to comply with release order
The accused in this incident is held pending a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse.
