Weeklong Snow Removal Downtown Starting Sunday

The City of North Bay will conduct a week-long overnight snow removal operation in the downtown area starting this Sunday.

Crews will work 10-hour shifts from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. until Friday, clearing snowbanks on streets including Main Street East, Oak Street East, McIntyre Street East, Algonquin Avenue, Worthington Street West, Fisher Street, and Cassells Street. Temporary road closures will be in effect, and residents are asked to use alternative routes.

Local access will be maintained, although residents are reminded that on-street parking restrictions apply when snow removal signs are posted. The City of North Bay appreciates the cooperation and understanding of residents while this work is underway.
