Woman Arrested and Charged After Altercation at Local Accommodation
The North Bay Police Service (NBPS) has arrested a female following a weapons-related call at an accommodation business in the McIntyre Street West area, where an individual allegedly brandished a knife during an altercation.
The accused, Amy Lynn Moore, 37-year-old, female, of, North Bay, has been charged with:
- Assault with a Weapon
- Assault
- Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
- Possession Prohibited Weapon
- Possession Schedule I Substance
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
- Trespass to Property Act – Fail to Leave Premises when Directed
- Subsequent search led to the seizure of:
- 0.6g fentanyl
- Brass knuckles
- Knife
The accused was arrested and held in custody pending a Show Cause hearing.
