Yvette Giroux

Peacefully passed away at the West Nipissing General Hospital in Sturgeon Falls on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at the age of 79 years.

Yvette was the loving mother to Robert Trahan (Tammy), Susan Sampson (John) and Michelle Giroux-Britton (Josh). She was the cherished grandmother to Jessica, Nicole, Cassandra, Jason, Chantal, Crystel, Savanna, Cody, Alyssa as well as many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Yvette will be lovingly remembered by her siblings Claire Franjic (Steve), Theresa Sauve (late Reg), Donald Giroux (Rita), Marcel Giroux (Emily), Ronald Giroux (Suzanne), Claude Giroux (Yvonne), Gisele Giroux, Gilles Giroux (Carole). She is predeceased by her brothers Yvon Giroux, Fern Giroux (late Tina), Maurice Giroux (late Yvette), Rene Giroux (Linda) and Raymond Giroux (late Pat) as well as her parents Eddie Giroux and Laurette (nee Devost) Giroux.

The family will be receiving visitors at McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Monday, April 7, 2025, between the hours of 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 pm in the McGuinty Funeral Home Chapel.
