ZINCK, Andrew
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Andrew at his home on Friday October 25, 2024, at the age of 70 years. Andrew was the beloved husband of Marilyn Stanford-Zinck, and the loving father to Nicholas Zinck (Karianne).
He will be lovingly remembered by his brother Terry Zinck (Angela), niece Amy Zinck (Eric), and brother-in-law Jim Stanford. He is predeceased by his brother Wilfred Zinck, brother Alfred Zinck, his parents Josiah Zinck and Marion (nee Cleveland) Zinck, as well as his Father in-law Harry Stanford and Mother In-Law Madeline Stanford.
Andrew enjoyed spending his time cooking, playing cards and making people laugh. He spent his summers as a baseball coach and as an at-home manager of the Toronto Blue Jays.
As per Andrew’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and a memorial visitation will be held at McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Saturday November 2, 2024, between the hours of 11 am to 1 pm.
A prayer service will be held at 12:30 pm. If desired, donations to the North Bay Regional Health Centre, Holy Name of Jesus Church, Heart and Stroke Foundation or The North Bay Baseball Association would be gratefully acknowledged by his family.
